Our Story
On Valentine's Day in 2014, four young women at The University of Texas shared a vision of creating an organization rooted in sisterhood, leadership, service, and personal growth, and Texas Bluebonnets was born. What began as a group of four founders has grown into a close-knit community where Bluebonnets encourage one another to serve others, achieve their goals, and create the kind of friendships that last for life.
In TXBB, sisterhood is more than something you experience during college: it's a lifelong bond. The women you meet here become your biggest supporters, your favorite memories, your future roommates, travel buddies, and even the bridesmaids standing beside you on your wedding day.
Since our founding, Texas Bluebonnets has remained committed to fostering a community with women of character who lead with confidence, compassion, and purpose. Through meaningful experiences, mentorship, community involvement, and countless memories spent together, our members grow as leaders and friends who celebrate one another through every stage of life.
Texas Bluebonnets is about finding a place where you belong and a sisterhood that continues lifelong.

Our Philathropy
Service is one of the core pillars of Texas Bluebonnets, and giving back is the heart of our organization. We are proud to support Sunday Lunchbox, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting food insecurity by providing meals to children and families in need.
Throughout the year, our members volunteer, raise funds, and participate in service events, like pickleball tournaments and field days, that directly support Sunday Lunchbox's mission. Whether we're packing lunches, organizing donation drives, or serving our community together through fun events, every act of service reflects our commitment to making a positive impact!
For us, philanthropy is about showing up for our community, serving with compassion, and creating meaningful change alongside our sisters. Through Sunday Lunchbox, we're able to grow as leaders while making a lasting difference in the lives of others.
